HD Scores:
The lower the score, the less the degree of dysplasia present. The minimum (best) score for each hip is zero and the maximum (worst) is 53, giving a range for the total of 0 to 106. Each hip is scored separately under the BVA, so within the UK scores are usually displayed as two numbers separated by a forward slash (e.g. 2/6). Europe are Letters A, B, C and D and the USA are words Excellent, Good, Fair, Borderline, Mild.
ED Scores:
Each elbow is graded from 0 – 3. The score reflects the level of normality and deformity of the elbow.
A grade of 0 would be attributed to ‘perfect’ or near-perfect elbow formation, a grade of 3 would reflect the maximum level of deformity.The highest grade awarded (right or left elbow) is used as the overall grade – i.e. a dog with one elbow graded 2 and the other graded 3 will be recorded as having an overall Elbow Grade of 3.
OCD Scores:
This is a developmental condition that occurs in rapidly growing large breed dogs typically between 6 and 9 months of age. Test results do not have a scale and only advise if is present or not in shoulders.

Gretel is a lovely girl even after the H. Vizla attack when she was 7 months old and that owner hitting her instead of her dog with the Ball thrower! Gretel is 3 years old and loves her walks and playing with other dogs. She still lacks some confidence due to the incident at 7 months old around some people. She is so gentle around puppies and other other animals. Gretel is a stay at home fun girl enjoying her walks and playing with her friends.

Yennefer

Yennefer is a big girl at 15 months now weighing in at 50 kilos and waiting on the first season to finish maturing. She had a couple of dogs have a go at her, one hurt her eyes when it grabbed her by the head. She is recovering well and such a happy soul and gentle and everyone she meets adore her. She will have her health screens after the first season.
